The Eagles are among the music stars who have contributed signed items to an auction to benefit those affected by the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings last December in Newtown, Connecticut.
The band has donated a Takamine acoustic guitar autographed by all four members -- Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh and Timothy B. Schmit. Other collectibles that will be going on the block include guitars signed by Taylor Swift and 3 Doors Down, as well as autographed memorabilia from Robert Cray, Soundgarden, Jewel, fun., Gotye, Florence + the Machine and more.
The Music for Newtown Auction runs from March 25 through 27 at MusicforNewtown.org. All proceeds raised will go toward the Sandy Hook School Support Fund.
